GREEK SALAD
Everybody knows Greek Salad, a simple dish and very healthy.
1 Red tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 small green pepper, 1 small onion, 4-6 olives.1 slice Feta cheese and origano.
Cut up the vegetables into slices, top with Feta and sprinkle origano on the cheese. Finally drizzle a short glass of olive oil over the salad. Add salt to taste.
